Expressly designed for use in a business context, Business Chemistry draws upon the latest analytics technologies to reveal four scienti´¼ücally based patterns of behavior. The system is designed to provide insights about individuals and teams based on observable traits and preferences. During this session we will take time to understand how these observable traits and preferences effect our work life and how we can use this knowledge to bring our authentic selves to work to create a better more inclusive work environment.
