This workshop will be focused on helping participants understand the personal finance strategies that will enable them to optimize their earnings to build wealth.

This is the morning session: 10am - noon

Learning Outcomes
  • Learn the importance of having a Personal Financial Plan; knowing your Why and setting S.M.A.R.T money goals
  • How to avoid the top money mistakes high-earners make
  • How to get the most out of your workplace benefits+ smart tips for minimizing taxes
  • How to design and automate a cash-flow plan that works
  • Learn the importance of financial risk management (how to prepare yourself financially from the ups and downs that life may bring)
  • How to pay-off your student loans in 5 years or less
  • Investing strategies for the future (your career & financial assets)

Graduation Credit
All Johnson School students are eligible to use up to 1.5 credit hours from Leadership Skills Program and/or Managerial Skills Program credits toward the MBA degree credit-hour requirements.

Speaker Profile: Ms. Kaya Ladejobi, CFP, MBA'13


Kaya is the founder of Earn into Wealth Strategies, a boutique, fee-only financial advisory firm for busy, high-income professionals in their 20's, 30's, and 40's. 

Kaya began her financial services career in 2006 and worked at top wealth management firms catering to high-net worth clients. After nearly a decade of working and observing
the financial struggles of her peers, Kaya ultimately concluded: "Young high-income professionals who aren't rich yet also deserve access to sound, unbiased, and affordable financial advice." In late 2015, Kaya founded Earn Into Wealth Strategies to do just that.
