Seeking Equity: What you don't know can hurt you

Research indicates women are often paid less than their counterparts, and furthermore, they do not speak up. What you don't know can hurt you. Advancing in organizations involves not only having knowledge of the official rules. It is also important to know and play by the unwritten rules, which may be more critical for success within your organization. Come join us to hear a TED-style talk about unwritten rules, stereotyping, and how to self-promote if you find yourself in this situation.
