an evening with thought leaders representing the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business

What does it take to make a lot of dough?
Alex Susskind, associate professor of food and beverage management, will lead a discussion with Alan Rosen, co-owner of Juniors Restaurants and Bakery, an international powerhouse that sells over ten million slices of cheesecake each year.

Dean Soumitra Dutta will give an update on the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and Professor David Just will dive into the newly launched interdisciplinary theme, the Business of Food, which is engaging faculty to reimagine research and the student experience within the SC Johnson College of Business.
