Women's History Month Talk: Black Women in Business (BGBAxWMC)

This event will center around what trends and policies are shaping the next era of women leaders- especially in regard to executive orders. We will also dive deeper into Shamis got to be where she is today. This event will be via Zoom with the option to watch with others in Sage Hall room.

Information About the Speaker:
Shamis Pitts (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Pitts Leadership Consulting. PLC is a human capital consulting company specializing in organizational health and business readiness. PLC’s purpose is to help organizations create the conditions that drive employee retention and performance to amplify profitability and impact. She holds an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
