Before you perfect you pitch, you need to know your story and how to tell it.  What is the difference?  Your pitch is an artfully crafted 30 second introduction typically given to recruiters at the beginning of a high-stakes conversation that tells them who you are and why you are a person of interest.

Your story is the essence of who you are, what you have done, why you are here, and where you want to go in the future.

During this session you will map your own professional journey and learn how to tell it in a compelling way in both casual and high stakes settings.  You will explore your formative personal and professional experiences, the factors or influences that have driven your decisions, why are you here at Johnson, and what do you hope to achieve by investing in a One Year MBA.

*This session is open to AMBAs and Cornell Tech students, and will serve as the basis for this week’s Career Work Group discussions.  Lunch will be provided*
