Off-Campus Job Search Support:  Job Search Teams
 
Are you currently conducting an off-campus job search? The off-campus search can be tough, and without consistent peer support and accountability, it can be easy for job seekers to lose motivation.
 
To help fill this gap, the Career Management Center has created a program called Job Search Teams, a program designed to help each team member find a good job as quickly as possible.  Similar to Career Work Groups, the structure is simple: students will be placed into self-directed teams of 4-7 individuals with similar career interests and goals. These teams will meet weekly to go through a highly structured meeting agenda that requires each participant to share quantified updates on their job search progress, and allows each member to ask other team members for advice regarding specific job search needs.
