Kreyol Essence is an agribusiness that creates 100% natural + ethical beauty products from Haiti. Our eco-friendly formulations are made from pure and natural ingredients with a special focus on dry hair and skin. Our signature product is black castor oil, a century old wonder cure sustainably harvested by 300 farmers, produced by over 50 women, and exported to the US, Canada, and Europe.

Viridius Property is a sustainability-focused real estate management company operating in Ithaca, NY. Our mission is to convert the existing housing stock in to 100% carbon-neutral energy consumption systems, while creating market opportunities for green renting. We manage every step of the process from the acquisition, to the renovation, to the marketing of the property as rentals, and finally the ongoing management of the properties.
