Dear Diversity in Business Advocate,

Thank you for your interest in learning more about the 4th annual Johnson Diversity Symposium. For the past 4 years, numerous companies and individuals have donated funds to sponsor this student-led collaboration between Johnson's Black Graduate Business Student Association (BGBA), the Latino Business Student Association (LBSA), Out for Business (O4B), the Women's Management Council (WMC) and Cornell's Undergraduate Minority Business Students Association (MBSA).

Johnson's Diversity Symposium, has become the largest diversity-related event in the school’s history. Each year, over 150 students and professionals attend to discuss a wide variety of business topics. The combined effort from our diverse student organizations is intended to increase the diversity awareness and inclusion opportunities for students, alumni and corporate partners.  The theme for this year's symposium is "The Business Case for Diversity" and we expect to again welcome speakers, participants, alumni and other guests from across a variety of industries. On behalf of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, the Diversity Symposium planning committee, and the greater Johnson community, I’d like to thank you for your consideration. I hope you will partner with us to make the 2013 Diversity Symposium an even greater opportunity for networking, education, and training.

Sincerely,

Diversity Symposium

Nsombi B. Ricketts, Director Office of Diversity and Inclusion
