Hi Everyone,

This Thursday, Ken Chester, CEO of CultureMesh will be speaking at eHub Collegetown. A great opportunity that anyone interested in social entrepreneurship should not miss!

Speaker: Ken Chester - Founder & CEO, CultureMesh
Date: Thursday, Oct 27
Time: 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Location: eHub Collegtown - 305A (upstairs)

About the speaker:

Serial social entrepreneur Ken Chester will be coming to campus to discuss his transition to social entrepreneurship from the non-profit sector, his current initiatives at both CultureMesh and JobGrouper, and the unique challenges & opportunities of social enterprise.

Ken started his entrepreneurial journey in the non-profit sector during grad school, launching a mentoring program connecting college students with young-adult refugees in the community. While working on this endeavor, he discovered several inefficiencies in the methods by which diverse populations communicated on the web, and began working on CultureMesh, his first foray into the world of social enterprise. CultureMesh is the only tech startup with a sitting foreign ambassador on its founding team, and as of this year, is the official diaspora networking tool of Indonesia, the world's fourth-largest country.
