Peter Cuneo, best known for his turnaround of Marvel and prior to that Black & Decker, understands the relationship between entrepreneurship and family business. After leaving Marvel, Peter formed Cuneo & Company, LLC with his son, Gavin. In August 2011 with Cuneo & Co's investment in Valiant Entertainment, Peter Cuneo was brought on board as Chairman with Gavin also serving on the board. Sharing stories from several of the enterprises he has helped to turn around, and how family was critical in that process, Mr. Cuneo will also outline his experience in China and why thinking globally is important for any entrepreneurial endeavor in the 21st century.

Moderated by Daniel Van Der Vliet, Executive Director of the Smith Family Business Initiative, and Rhett Weiss, Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute.

Registration is required through the Entrepreneurship @ Cornell Celebration website.
