About the 12th Annual Symposium:
The 12th Annual Human Capital Association Symposium will offer leadership perspectives on the rapid growth of technology and it's implication on human capital strategy. The half-day event will feature a keynote address from Susan P. Peters, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at General Electric. Ms. Peters' session will cover technology's impact on GE's global workforce of 300,000 employees and how GE is leveraging technology to work faster and smarter to meet the changing demands of its global customers.
The second half of the Symposium consists of two panel discussions on technology's impact on the world of work and technology as a human capital decision enabler. Panels feature leader perspectives from Accenture, Amazon, American Express, Cisco, Dell, Hershey, Johnson & Johnson, Marsh & McLennan.
The event concludes with optional offices hours allowing for attendees to meet with participating panelists and HCA sponsor companies.
