The 15th Annual Human Capital Association Symposium aims to address one of the biggest HR challenges at the moment: how to shape the employee experience, and how the employee experience drives the business - how HR is supporting the organization through processes and practices that combined, empower employees to have the information, interactions, capabilities, behaviors, and resources they need when they need them. Lastly, how can HR leverage Design Thinking to bring products and services to employees and the organization?
