The economic growth rate of Colombia has been one of the top performers in Latin America over the last 25 years. The economy is currently booming and the country is full of opportunity. This course will introduce students to the business environment in Colombia and some of the challenges and opportunities associated with this region. Students from Cornell and UniAndes, the partner school in Colombia will work together in a consulting project with a Small/Medium size company and will learn about various sectors of the economy from small entrepreneurs to large industrial enterprises.
