Leadership Focus Session 7: Personal Mastery

This is the seventh session in the fall Leadership Focus, a series of workshops that are held over the course of the semester. The Leadership Focus is taught by Clint Sidle, director of the Park Fellows Program, and is open to all students.

Session 7 is a full-day session that introduces students to the concept of Personal Mastery, using activities aimed at generating a personal mission, vision, and values statement (what do I want to be as a leader?)

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for all participants

Fall Leadership Focus Schedule
All classroom sessions are held from 4:25pm to 5:40pm. Please click on the links below to register for other sessions.

Area: Discovering Leadership (what is it?)

Area: Personal Mastery (managing self)

Area: Interpersonal Mastery (managing relationships)

Structure and Credit
In an effort to develop and maintain the cohort of learning partners effectively, the Leadership Focus is offered as a series of one-hour sessions supplemented by half-day and full-day workshops. The entire series for the Fall Semester will be offered as 1.0 credits on a pass/fail basis. You must attend at least 80% of the sessions to receive credit.

(Please note: You can register for either of the full-day sessions (Hoffman Challenge Course on 9/07 and/or Personal Mastery on 11/02) without signing up for the rest of the series. Each of the full-day sessions is worth 0.2 credits. Classroom sessions, however, are only open to those students participating in the full series.)
