What do People Really Think About You? 360 Feedback Workshop
Open to the Class of 2015
Get actionable feedback on your leadership efforts with this chance to experience the new Johnson 360 Feedback Assessment. Launched with the class of 2016, the Johnson 360 is a proprietary, behavior-based feedback instrument built on the Johnson 4Cs Leadership Framework. The framework is organized around the principles of competence, character, compassion, and courage, and the 360 asks your supervisors, peers, and subordinates to assess your leadership behavior against the 4Cs.
How this Workshop will Work
Although the workshop is March 20, interested students must sign up by Sunday, February 22 at 11:55PM in order to allow sufficient time to collect feedback from each student's chosen raters.
After you sign up, you will receive information about how to select your raters. We recommend you consider asking peers at Johnson who have seen you lead (teammates, fellow club officers, club members) and people from your summer internship and pre-MBA employer. The more people you ask, the better the quality of the feedback. Please note that you should begin thinking about who you'll want to ask now so that you are ready to go with your list when we launch. The rater categories include:
- Managers
- Direct Reports
- Peers
- Others
Students will receive their feedback reports at the workshop, along with instruction on how to interpret the report, and how to build an actionable personal leadership development plan.
