ExperienceChange: Intensive Change Management Simulation
Only one thing can make the difference between SUCCESS and FAILURE at Global Tech…
YOU!
“There are only a few people holding this company back” ~ Scott Bell, VP of R&D
“R&D is designing products manufacturing can’t build and quite frankly, the consumer doesn’t want!” ~ Jennifer Smith, VP Technology
“Our problem is Scott Bell and his R&D department.” ~ Cathy Lalonde, VP Marketing
A Year of Experience in One Day
During the simulation, you will be challenged to roll up your sleeves and join a team of your peers to tackle a realistic change project. You’ll start by gathering perspectives from a wide range of stakeholders – each with their own biases and agendas. You’ll then analyze the organization and identify the (1) driving forces for change and (2) restraining forces for change. More than 75% of your time will be spent on team-based project work, leading a change from analysis through to planning and implementation. You’ll have the opportunity to connect the dots, commit to immediate actions, and see the impact of your team’s decisions.
What works? What doesn’t work? How do you quickly build change capability without putting the business at risk?
Who do you fire? Should you downsize the company? Who are your supporters and obstacles to change?
The experience delivers the essentials of a year-long change journey in a one-day workshop, enabling you to engage with the behaviors, tools, and skill sets that make change happen. You will leave with the confidence, process, and practice to immediately start leading change and making an impact. You'll emerge ready to support expected and unexpected changes—and ensure your strategies and solutions realize their full potential.
Please note:
(1) You must bring a laptop to this simulation.
(2) Registration for this LSP is EXTENDED to April 11th in order to set up simulation accounts for the participants.
