The Leadership Focus Spring Program 2012

Overview: The spring program follows on the progressive sequence started in the fall. This sequence covers 5 broad areas of the leadership experience – first, discovering leadership (defining what leadership is, especially for oneself), and then, applying leadership through the development of personal, interpersonal, team and system mastery skills. The spring will continue with the personal, interpersonal and team components of the program.

Structure and Credit: In an effort to develop and maintain the cohort more effectively, the spring program will be structured differently. There will be a series of one hour class sessions offered as breakfast meetings supplemented by half-day and full day workshops. The entire series will be offered as .5 credits on a P/F basis with attendance mandatory for 80 percent of the sessions.
