This dynamic, goal-driven session is based on the presenter's recently published boo, "Networking for People Who Hate Networking" (Berrett-Koehler 2010).

Participants will take a self-assessment to clarify their communication style, learn how to build lasting connections one person at a time, and leverage strengths for continual professional growth. The perspective we will use in this workshop will e that of identifying personal strengths and viewing those strengths as assets to be used constructively as networking tools.
