Details
Well-intentioned people are unaware of the hidden messages that can be communicated in subtle, verbal and nonverbal
slights, and generalizations called microaggressions. This workshop will help participants both identify and understand the
harms people experience through every day microaggressions. Most importantly we will focus on strategies that
ultimately reduce patterns of exclusion in workplace.
