| The format for this event will begin with career field sector introduction groups (facilitated by an experienced alum), an "open mic" for self-introductions, then open mingling, light refreshments, casual conversations and networking. Agenda: • 6:30 pm - Arrive, welcome. • 6:45 pm - Introduction Circles. This exercise will group alumni and students by employment sector for brief self-introductions. (1-For Profit/Large, Corporate, 2-For Profit/Small business, entrepreneurial, 3-Banking/Finance, 4-Non-profit/Government/Education, 5-Creative Careers, 6-STEM (Science, Tech, Engineer, Math).
• 7:15 pm - Short campus/LGBTQ conference updates from student leaders.
• 7:35 pm - Open Mic self-introductions (alumni who are hiring, work in multi-disciplinary careers or switched careers, or are in small disciplines).
• 7:50 pm - Open Mingling - You may move among the groups throughout the networking period.
