Available roles:

President: this person works with the board to direct the vision and execution of that vision through social events and programming. This person should be willing and able to commit time to developing the club and advancing and improving the work of previous boards. This person is expected to attend Diversity Club Board meetings and coordinate the activities of all board members. This person also tends to be the point of contact through which all communication flows.

Treasurer: this person manages membership dues, applying for funding, managing the checking account and reimbursement, and other responsibilities dealing with the financing of the organization.

VP of Communications: this person would manage the website, be the point of contact for sending e-mails to membership, and promote a social media presence for the group.

VP of Membership/Ally Liaison: this person would work to improve engagement among members, increase membership, and help with engaging ally membership either through separate programming or combined events. This person would also likely be the point of contact for prospective students and facilitate matching of prospective students to existing members for information.

VP of Events: this person would help in planning and managing operations of O4B events, to include socials, programming events, and corporate-sponsored events.

VP of Alumni & Corporate Relations: this person would manage and build alumni and company engagement in partnership with the VP of Events. This would hopefully include building a database of O4B alumni and corporate relationships.

Intracampus Liaison: preferably someone from another graduate program that would manage developing and managing relationships and communication between O4B and non-Johnson graduate programs. This would involve increasing membership among partner programs and ensuring inclusion and engagement with these groups.
