Learn how you can serve as an effective ally to others at this student-lead training hosted by Student Council, Black Graduate Business Association, Hispanic American Business Leaders Association, Out for Business, and the Women's Management Council.

You don't need to be an expert on diversity or how to be an ally to join. It's a starter conversation for everyone to discuss ideas and topics in a safe space.

What you will get:
Tools on how to be an ally and have courageous conversations.

What you will not get:
A secret formula to be an ally.

Goals of the organizers:
-Understand what an ally is and that there's no one way to be an ally
-Have conversations in a safe space about ideas and topics, not people
-Discuss the tools to have courageous conversations, including how to give micro-affirmations
