Effective leaders outperform not just through strategy but through how they navigate tension, motivate others, and build trust under pressure. In this highly interactive, practice-based course, participants build advanced leadership and communication skills using impact circles.

Each session focuses on a core leadership theme, giving students the opportunity to analyze how it affects team dynamics, reflect on their own experiences, and strengthen their ability to engage others effectively. Students practice evidence-based techniques such as structured dialogue, focused listening, reflective feedback, and debriefing in both large and small groups to improve performance in high-stakes, people-centered situations common in management.

The frameworks practiced in this course mirror those used by top organizations to enhance leadership communication and stakeholder alignment. Research consistently links these skills to measurable gains in team performance, retention, and innovation.

Outcomes:
* Strengthen your ability to productively engage in dialogue that advances team and organizational goals.
* Develop reflective and analytical thinking to improve decision-making and leadership impact.
* Build the capacity to collaborate, problem-solve, and drive group understanding under pressure.
* Communicate with clarity, lead with credibility, and turn difficult conversations into opportunities for influence and growth.

Things To Note
* This course is a P/F for 0.5 Credits that can be used towards graduation requirements
