Registration and Event details can be found on JTS Most of us have been in an in interview where we have been asked, "Tell me about a time when…." This is a behavioral interview question, and the goal of these questions is for the interviewer to gain insight into how you act, strategize, and problem solve by listening to an example of what you have done before in certain situations. While there is no way to prepare for every possible behavioral interview question, you can prepare yourselves with a framework to effectively answer these types of questions – what we call the PAR framework. Problem – Action – Result. You can also pre-prepare stories around common behavioral interview question themes: leadership, difficult client, major accomplishment, teamwork, conflict with a colleague, supervision, ethical dilemma, failure, influencing others, etc. Join us for an extended education and practice session dedicated helping you start crafting your PARs. Notes: You MUST register for this session in order to receive a lunch. This session is open to both Ithaca One Year MBAs and Cornell Tech MBAs
