In this dynamic and interactive meeting we will be discussing a combination of theory and practical application of general management principles and we will offer a personal view of what it takes in real life to lead an organization in good and bad business environments. We will dissect a few key situations that worked out positively as well as others when there were serious failures and the retrospective decisions that should have been made. Some key highlights are:
-Uncertainty: How do you approach a situation in which you do not have any experience?
-Core Team building: How do you know who to keep, who to invite and who to disinvite?
-Individual accountability: How do you create buy-in from leaders and the entire organization?
-How do you shape an organizational culture? Is it even possible?
-Groupthink: Is that real? Is it bad? Why?
-Serious crisis management: When the worst case scenario materializes.
-Personal resilience for the CEO: You are alone, but up to a point…
Join us to hear a report directly from the business trenches.
There will be light refreshments provided.
