The workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn, implement, and reflect on the innovator’s toolkit. Participants will leave with an understanding of fundamental principles
about customer value proposition – even when the customer is internal to the organization – and how to continuously create, implement, and test innovative concepts for the greatest impact.
