In our last session we learned various methods for finding contacts that could be helpful to us, and how to reach out to them to set-up a call. Today we will learn how an MBA should structure an informational conversation from start to finish. In particular, learn how to open and close the conversation; how to develop good questions that will allow you to learn more about the role, team, company, and competition; and appropriate follow-up etiquette to keep the relationship warm.
