Zoom Cloud Recordings
Did you know? Recorded Zoom meetings are only saved to the Cloud for 120 days unless the auto feature is manually disabled.

Open AI/ChatGPT Procurement Procedures

• Open AI/ChatGPT subscriptions must be processed on a pcard. You can no longer use a personal credit card seeking reimbursement.
• Submit a BERT to IT so they can determine whether an IT Statement of Need and Technology Risk Assessment is needed.
