Manager of Johnson Faculty Support Services
Jessica has been with Johnson Faculty Support since January of 2017. She enjoys providing support to faculty and helping her team to be successful. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors, and a good jigsaw puzzle.

Carmela Beliciu Staff

Sr. Faculty Support Specialist
Carmela has been a member of the Johnson Faculty Support team since January 2020. In her role, she provides essential support to faculty members in the areas of Operations, Technology, and Information Management. Her primary goal is to establish a collaborative partnership with faculty, working together to achieve academic and research excellence.
Outside of work, Carmela enjoys spending time with her family and her puppy, traveling, camping, motivating her kids with their activities, and organizing events.

Audem Jackson Staff

Faculty Support Specialist
Audem joined the Faculty Support team in March 2025. She comes to Cornell having previously done administrative work in the afterschool sector with Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region, the YWCA, and the Elmira City School District.

Audem graduated from SUNY Albany in May 2023 with a bachelor’s in communication. Audem is originally from the Elmira area. She loves karaoke, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kennedey Heichel Staff

Faculty Support Specialist
Kennedey joined the Faculty Support team in November 2023. She supports the Management and Organizations area, where she enjoys connecting with and getting to know the faculty. Outside of work, Kennedey loves to travel, read, and pole vault.

Lisa Macleod Staff

Faculty Support Specialist
Lisa has been at Cornell for almost 25 years and at Johnson for the last 19. Lisa supports the Accounting area. She enjoys assisting her faculty and working with her team. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys singing karaoke, spending time with family and friends and reading.

Pia Mengers Staff

Faculty Support Specialist
Pia became part of the Johnson’s Faculty Support team in March 2023. She works closely with the Marketing and Management Communications Area, where she enjoys getting to know the faculty and assisting them with their teaching and research endeavors. In her free time, she likes to have fun with her husband and kids, read novels, garden, and express her creativity through various projects.

Stacey O'Farrell Staff

Faculty Support Specialist
Stacey joined the Faculty Support team in January 2024. She supports the Strategy and Business Economics area and has enjoyed meeting with and getting to know her faculty members and their courses. Outside of work Stacey enjoys traveling, camping, reading, spending time with her husband and two adorable dogs, and breathing life back into old, dated furniture through hard work and a lot of sandpaper and paint.

Teresa (Terri) Whitaker Staff

Faculty Support Office Coordinator
Terri has been at Cornell and Johnson since May 1993. Terri is our Office Coordinator. She enjoys contributing to the Johnson School's success and helping everyone. In her free time, Terri spends time with her family and camping.
