[HTC] NYC In-Person Trek | Official Registration Link

We are excited to announce that the HTC In-person Trek registration form is officially open!
The trek will be held on Friday, November 15th. You may find all the important information below:

[Trek Description]
We will have 3 morning session options and 3 afternoon session options for you to pick from to give your preference. As of now, the confirmed companies are Meta, Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Uber, and AmEx. All the host companies sponsor international students for their open positions, with the exception of Amex and Meta. At the end of the day, participants can network with Johnson and Cornell alumni at an exclusive alumni mixer hosted by Alpha Square Space.

[Important Details]
-For those booking the bus transportation from and to Ithaca, the bus will depart at 4:30AM from Sage Hall and at 8:00PM from NYC on November 15th.
-Once you have booked your ticket, we will share an additional form to select the companies you want to visit during the trek. We will start sharing the form with those who have registered on November 4th and onwards
-Companies have limited spots and selections will be made on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis, so please book your ticket AS-SOON-AS-POSSIBLE.
-Please note that everyone is responsible for getting themselves to the allocated locations on time on November 15th.

[Important Deadlines]
- Official Registration DDL: November 8th at 6PM
- We will let you know your assigned company slots and day itinerary by Monday, November 11th.
- Cancellation DDL: November 11th
