Details
Trek participants must attend all stops on the trek, regardless of interest in a company or the roles they are hiring for. Building lasting relationships and strengthening the school's brand is a TEAM EFFORT. Failure to attend a company visit, showing up late, or otherwise presenting a poor image of Johnson is subject to consequences similar to those for on-campus corporate events. By purchasing a trek ticket, you agree to abide by the rules of the trek and direction of the trek leaders. This trek is organized and run by students who have put forth extra effort to make a great experience for their classmates.
We will be inviting alumni to participate in the happy hour but their attendance is subject to their availability.
The dress code is 'Smart Casual'. Ask a second year if you have any questions. When in doubt, overdress.
All details are subject to change. Additional details will be provided as the trek gets closer.

Wednesday, November 14th
6PM: Depart Ithaca in rental van
Thursday, November 15th
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: TripAdvisor
3:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Amazon Robotics
6:30 PM: Happy Hour
Friday, November 16th

Transportation to Boston, to companies in the surrounding areas on 11/15, and back to Ithaca in the evening of 11/16 will be provided.
Attendees will be responsible for purchasing passes for public transportation on 11/16.
Lodging
An Airbnb apartment will be reserved and is included with trek fee. It will house 12 people.

$200 Early bird, Members only (first 10 to RSVP)
$225 Regular price, members
$250 Non HTC members
All ticket sales end November 2nd
The trek fee covers transportation (except public transit), lodging, gifts for our hosts, and a starter tab for the happy hour.
Tickets will be offered to HTC members first, and limited to 15 spots. We will consider adding more spots if there is demand and the companies can accommodate.
