Terms and Conditions
Trek participants must attend all stops on the trek, regardless of interest in a company or the roles they are hiring for. Building lasting relationships and strengthening the school's brand is a TEAM EFFORT. Failure to attend a company visit, showing up late, or otherwise presenting a poor image of Johnson is subject to consequences similar to those for on-campus corporate events. By purchasing a trek ticket, you agree to abide by the rules of the trek and direction of the trek leaders. This trek is organized and run by students who have put forth extra effort to make a great experience for their classmates.
The dress code is Johnson Business Casual. Ask a second year if you have any questions. When in doubt, overdress.
All details are subject to change. Additional details will be provided as the trek gets closer.
Transportation:
All transportation to and from NYC is the responsibility of each trek participant. You must arrive in NYC by Wednesday evening on October 16th as the trek will begin early morning on the 17th.
Transportation between events will be coordinated by the trek leaders who will be available to guide everyone around the city.

Lodging:
Not provided, but trek leaders can provide recommendations.
Trek fee:
- $50 Early bird, Members only (20 tickets)
- $65 Regular price
- $75 Non-HTC member price
All ticket sales end October 5th
The trek fee covers transportation between events, gifts for our hosts, and a starter tab for the happy hour.
Tickets will be offered to HTC members first, and limited to 25 spots. We will consider adding more spots if there is demand and the companies can accommodate.
