Join us for the second episode of a miniseries: Communication Skills for Recruiting Success (CSRS) **Miniserie focused on International students**
During the session, Professor Lucas Brian will teach techniques to
(1) Find connections with recruiters during challenging or unfamiliar questions
(2) Improve your listening skills to redirect difficult conversations
(3) Learn frameworks to structure your communications with unfamiliar topics
About Lucas Brian
Professor Lucas received his PhD in Management & Organizations from Northwestern University, his MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and his BA in Psychology from Bucknell University. Prior to joining Cornell, he taught at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Professor Lucas' research investigates the psychology of judgments, beliefs, and decision-making, particularly in the domains of creativity and morality/ethical behavior. Some related research interests include empathy, perspective-taking, hypocrisy, and hierarchy beliefs.
