Steven Bronfenbrenner is a leader and authority in the non-profit sector, with a core expertise in sound, innovative, and pragmatic financial management and project leadership. In founding the Bronfenbrenner Consulting Group in 1993, which initially operated as B Squared Consulting, Steven defined a unique model for serving and advancing non-profit initiatives by leveraging his extensive experience as a senior non-profit manager to offer clients excellent, collaborative, and cost-effective consulting services. His accomplishments include planning and operations of performing arts centers, strategic planning for orchestras, building governance and management capacity, and capital and operational fundraising successes. His management experience includes Chief Financial Officer of San Francisco Ballet and Endowment Foundation, Manager of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, and Executive Director of the Springfield (MA) Orchestra.
