Hello everyone! Ian Cairns here. I'm excited to announce a whole lamb roast event (the Friday during graduation weekend) to celebrate the Class of 2024's graduation! This event is open to everyone - friends, family, Class of '25, etc. The Lamb Jam is a Cairns family tradition, one I previously hosted for my own culinary school graduation and weddings. Beyond the lamb, there will be veggie options too. Take a look at the menu below.

Lamb Jam Menu

Mezze Platter
- Seasonal array of fresh fruits, spiced nuts, olives, cheeses, pita and spreads

Main Course
- Outryder Farms grass-fed lamb rotisserie with black lime and mint mojo
- Falafel: Herb-seasoned crispy chickpea patties with fermented tea leaf and chili sauce

Sides
- Fattoush Salad, spring greens, tomatoes, carmelized dates, and sumac vinaigrette
- Roasted Moroccan Carrot and Orange Salad with dukkah and tahini lemon dressing
- Basmati Rice Pilaf with melted garlic, onions, and fresh herbs

Dessert
- Ice cream topped with crunchy halva honey
- Brown butter za'atar cookies
