Joint Ventures Book Club

We're excited to share that we are launching the Johnson Joint Ventures Book Club! Whether you're an avid reader or just want to come hang with your fellow Johnson partners, we hope you'll join us for some great reads and even better conversations ­ƒÿè We plan to host regular meetings throughout the year.

The book we'll be discussing at our first meeting is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus, which follows Elizabeth Zott, a gifted research chemist in 1960s California whose career takes a detour when she becomes the unlikely star of a beloved TV cooking show. The English and Spanish versions of the book are available for purchase downtown at Buffalo Street Books.

Our membership chair, Robyn Casper, has generously offered to host our first meeting on Thursday, October 19, at 7:00pm at 111 Lena St (Maplewood Apartments). Wine and snacks will be served!
