Hosted by the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business Office of Diversity and Inclusion, with generous grant funding from the President’s Council of Cornell Women, this day-long symposium in New York City brings students, faculty, staff, alumni, higher education and corporate partners together for a critical exploration of intersectionality in business leadership. We are broadly defining intersectionality as how our multiple identities, lived experiences and backgrounds, and unique perspectives bring value to the people and organizations we work with lead, and influence for better business practices across industries.
Panel discussion topics include corporate culture, talent management, employee engagement, industry innovation, social impact, corporate social responsibility, SDGs, among others. This event is open to the Cornell community and our higher
education and corporate partners. Transportation is provided from Ithaca to NYC and back.
