As part of ODI's "Women of Johnson Wednesday" series, WMC and Johnson Allies for Women (JAWs) are co-hosting a faculty panel on gender pay equity. This is an exciting opportunity to hear from faculty experts and engage with the evidence concerning the root causes of the pay gap and how business leaders can be part of the solution. We are thrilled to be convening a conversation with Professor Michelle Duguid, former Professor Susan Fleming, and SC Johnson College of Business Dean Kevin Hallock.
