Jessica Gerson is a graduate of Cornell University ('15) where she earned a B.S. from the Dyson School of Applied Economies and Management. She is third generation to her family business Gerson & Gerson, Inc. which she joined after graduation. Gerson & Gerson Inc. is a leading design house and manufacturer of children's clothing and is most known for its brand of girls' dresses, Bonnie Jean. The company is celebrating its 82nd year of bringing the joy and beauty of a new dress to girls around the world. Within the company Jessica focuses on bringing innovation to small markets. She is an advocate for family business and was recently published on the subject as a contributor to 3 Billion Under 30, a book on high-achieving millennials.

Edouard Thijssen is a nextgen member of the Belgian family behind the 3bn$ Aliaxis Group, and co-founder and CEO of Trusted Family. Trusted Family helps leading family businesses and family offices around the world to communicate with their shareholders, directors, family members and advisors. Trusted Family is known for it's online communication and information management platform and iPhone/iPad app, that is now used by over 100 family businesses and family offices around the world. Edouard is a 2007 graduate of the Solvay Business School. He has also completed the Leading the Family Business program at IMD, Switzerland.
