The construction of family culture and evergreen family business


The United Nations views the family as the basic unit of society. It's undoubtedly the foundation of a country and the world's development. However, for family business , the firmness and stability of family culture and doctrine are the key factors for a family to transfer from generation to generation.

When business owners retired, the succession planning of family business gradually becomes a social problem, which has caused extensive concerns. Meanwhile, the inheritance of family culture instead of family business has been ignored by many family members.
