Join the Smith Family Business Initiative as we host “Connected Conversations”, a bi-monthly webinar series that explores topics relevant to family business owners, members, advisors, students, and alumni. We invite you to join us as we navigate the current uncertainty in our global economy, and its impacts on family businesses.

On April 1 from 12-1pm EDT, Greg McCann, Founder of McCann and Associates, will lead a discussion on "Leadership Agility in a Complex, Chaotic, and Global World." His topic will shed light on developing the family enterprise mindset.

Leading a family enterprise is a complex and demanding role requiring an ever-increasing breadth of skills to helm successfully.  It necessitates the cultivation of a leadership practice that develops not only skills, credentials, and knowledge, but also capacity and agility. During times of change dexterity matters more than ever. Join Cornell Family Business Scholar Greg McCann in conversation as he shares how to grow self-awareness, hone the ability to insightfully understand others, identify the approach best suited for the circumstance, distill complex issues for multiple stakeholders, and create value from change.

Please submit questions you would like Greg McCann to address in advance of the webinar to Hannah Barends at heb87@cornell.edu.
