Ever wonder where your food comes from? Come learn the journey that food makes along the supply chain from farm to table. Food production. Packaging. Marketing. Distribution. Marketplace.

What impact has technology, business analytics, and online delivery services had on the sector? What sustainability initiatives are food suppliers and the hospitality industry using? You will learn about the college's Business of Food initiative. This growing initiative fosters relationships and research in the food ecosystem.
