• IP (the four different types: patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secret)
o IP Protection
• Types of entities
• Founders Issues (immigration, visa, non competes, board seats)
• Term sheets & terminology (SAFEs, convertible notes, etc)
• Mini case
• Employment basics (employees vs. contractors, min wage, exemptions)
