A weekly lecture series that highlights leaders in the sustainable global enterprise industry. With topics ranging from food to energy these speakers will cover it all.

With over 30 years' experience developing and leading successful companies, Paul (BS '80) has built a career on his belief in sustainable agriculture. Prior to founding Little Leaf Farms, Paul Sellew was CEO of Harvest Power, which was the largest organics recycler in North America. In 1982 Paul founded Earthgro, which became one of the largest producers of compost-based lawn and garden products in North America. While at Earthgro, he developed and was awarded U.S. patents on the IPS composting system.

Sellew has also been a senior executive with Synagro, helping to build it into the leading organics residuals management business in the U.S. He founded and led International Process Systems (a composting technology provider), Allgro (a bio-solids compost marketing firm), Environmental Credit Corp. (carbon credit creation and trading), and Backyard Farms (a hydroponic greenhouse tomato producer).

Sellew played professional basketball in South America and Europe. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Cornell University.
