Cornell Johnson AI Day Startup Speaker Panel

Join AI Startup speakers to discuss the intersection of AI and business, their experience with their startup ventures, and what they envision the future will look like in an AI-driven industry. This session will feature Tooba Ali (Wharton '24, Program Manager, Commercial Operations, Zoox) and Evan Meles (Johnson '24, Team Lead, Enterprise Implementation, Abridge) through individual talks followed by Q&A.

Tooba Ali
Tooba Ali is a Program Manager for Fleet Operations at Zoox, Amazon’s autonomous vehicle subsidiary. She ensures the right people, processes, and products are in place to support market expansion and operational scale. Tooba also partners with Zoox C-suite to execute high-profile robotaxi demos for industry leaders, including NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, policymakers, and the Amazon Board. Prior to Zoox, Tooba earned her MBA from Wharton where she interned in Commercial Operations at Cruise (GM’s former AV division). Before business school, she was a Product Manager at IBM.

Evan Meles
Evan Meles is the Implementation Team Lead for Enterprise Implementations at Abridge, an AI healthcare company dedicated to ending clinician burnout. With over a decade of experience in healthcare IT, including roles at Epic, Salesforce, and Northwell Health, Evan specializes in driving seamless technology adoption in complex healthcare environments. Evan will share insights into Abridge’s business strategy and how it has become one of the fastest-growing healthcare AI companies in the past five years. Evan holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson, an MS in Healthcare Leadership from Weill Cornell, and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
