Details
We will be visiting some of the top tech companies during the trek. These visits are a fantastic opportunity to see a company first-hand, learn more about their latest projects, and get to know practitioners.
In addition to company visits, we will be arranging alumni happy hours in both the Bay Area and Seattle for greater interaction with the alum base in the area.
Finalized company lists will be released in advance of the trip.
Dates of the Trek:
December 16th - 18th - San Francisco Bay Area
December 19th - 20th - Seattle
TICKETS:
The early bird tickets are limited and open exclusively to HTC Club members until 20th November. The early bird tickets are priced at $375.
Post-early bird, member tickets will be priced at $425.
The ticket cost includes local transportation costs - transfer from hotel to companies, gifts for companies, alumni events, and other logistical costs.
Refund Policy: Full refunds on cancellation are available until 15th of November.
Accommodations and Air tickets:
The trek attendees should book their own air tickets and hotel stays. We will be sending out the details of the hotel in the coming weeks with link for registration. All attendees are required to stay at the same hotel for easier transport.
For air tickets, please plan such that you reach San Francisco / Bay Area on December 15th. Flights from SF to Seattle should be scheduled for after 6pm on the 18th. Plan to leave Seattle after 8pm on the 20th. We suggest that you book travel as soon as possible.
