JWiB: Inspirational Leadership - Co-hosted by Leadership Programs & Bain

All current Johnson women are welcome to join us for the Leadership portion of JWiB this year. We will be partnering with Bain for this event and using their Inspirational Leadership model.

The focus of this session will be on inspiration – why it is critical for effective leadership and what you can do to identify and develop your own Inspirational Leadership brand.

Bain’s Inspirational Leadership System:

• Recognizes that we all have the ability to inspire, regardless of role or tenure
• Is customer-centric – explicitly addressing the needs of a leader’s followers
• Is data driven in a world of qualitative models and unproven assertions
• Utilizes a strengths-based philosophy, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach

During this session, you will have the opportunity to:

• Learn the key concepts of Inspirational Leadership
• Build your own leadership brand
• Start creating a self-development action plan

In order to prepare for this session, please take 10 minutes to complete Exercises 1 and 2 in the Inspirational Leadership e-Workbook that will be available through your registration confirmation.
