In this highly interactive workshop you will learn how to decode unconscious status behaviors in order to better understand the dynamics of influence. Using activities adapted from improvisational theater, we will explore status behaviors to see how influence operates in real-time scenarios. For example, how can you use your influence to get buy-in on an idea, people to follow your lead, or someone with more authority to listen to you?

You will leave with awareness of your default status signals, the ability to make conscious choices about how to use your influence, and new tools that you can immediately apply in workplace settings.

This workshop builds on your goals, questions, and insights. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your willingness to play and share. No improv experience is needed.
