Club Executive Board Leadership & Strategic Planning Kick-off Session
Co-Sponsored and Co-Organized by Student Council and Leadership Programs

Jump start your planning with this special LSP workshop for club/student organization executive boards. Bring your entire team and save time on your planning for the year, earn LSP credit, and get dinner!

You'll have the opportunity to work on these critical questions:

  • Where do we want to go as an organization?
  • What are our two to three major objectives for the year?
  • How will we get there?
  • What will success look like?
  • How can we partner with other Johnson student organizations to achieve more?
  • Plus other critical questions....

If you've started working on these issues already, all the better--we'll help you and the rest of your board get to the next level. You'll also have the chance to share ideas with--and get feedback from--other club executive boards.

This workshop will be facilitated by Risa Mish. The session is 4pm to 7pm, followed by dinner.

Please RSVP and encourage as many of your club executive board members to participate as possible.

This workshop is the first in a special series organized for club leadership. The second and third sessions are primarily aimed at club presidents, but any interested students are invited to attend. Sign up for the other two sessions here:

?Please note that lunch will be served between "How to Lead an Effective Meeting" and "How to Motivate, Manage, and Measure Performance" for all participants, whether they are attending one or both workshops that day.

Graduation Credit
All Johnson students are eligible to use up to 1.5 credit hours from Leadership Skills Program and/or Managerial Skills Program workshops toward the MBA degree credit-hour requirements. This workshop is worth 0.1 LSP credits.
